Yukoholistic is located on Francis Street, Brighton BN1 4ZJ, just off London Road near the Open Market. We’re also an easy 10-minute walk from Brighton Station and just 5 minutes from the famous North Laine. Step into my tranquil space, where you can relax and enjoy a range of holistic treatments tailored just for you.

Do you offer group yoga sessions?

Yes! While I mainly focus on one-to-one yoga sessions I'm happy to discuss group yoga options. Sessions can be tailored to your experience level and specific needs.

What treatments do you offer at Yukoholostic?

I offer personalised treatments, holistic body care packages and reflexology sessions tailored to each individual’s needs, ailments and unique problem areas. I am also considered an expert in waxing - particularly Hollywood and Brazilian waxing - for all skin and hair types.

What qualifications do you have?

I have a CIDESCO International Body and Beauty Therapy Diploma, CIBTAC Body and Beauty Therapy Diploma, IEB reflexology Diploma, Ray Cochrane Aromatherapy Certificate, Vajrasati Yoga Teacher Training 500hrs Yoga Alliance certificate.  I am a member of BABTAC and all my work is fully insured by them.

Continuous learning is at the heart of my practice. I regularly attend courses and workshops to refine my skills and deepen my knowledge.

My journey into holistic healing began in 1998 after earning my international qualification. I spent my first decade in the beauty and wellness sphere working at a prestigious London spa, training with some of the world’s top skincare brands.
